Maintenance

It is the responsibility of the Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Department to maintain the natural beauty of Sea Pines while providing property owners, guests and staff with safe trails, roadways, efficient drainage systems, clean lagoons and attractive open spaces. The CSA Maintenance Department has full time staff that are responsible for the ongoing maintenance of CSA open space, storm water, debris collections and recycling, roadway and leisure trail repairs and sign installation. CSA oversees contracted landscape maintenance services for Sea Pines CSA managed areas.
