While you are here, have fun and be considerate of the natural and serene atmosphere of Sea Pines that helps make it the perfect place to visit. We respectfully request that all residents and guests observe the following regulations to ensure a more pleasant stay.
Please note Sea Pines CSA does not manage any rentals in Sea Pines. If you renting a home inside of Sea Pines and have an issue or concern within your rental unit, you will need to contact your rental company.

Beach Access:
Sea Pines has beach access paths about every tenth of a mile for property owners and overnight guests staying in Sea Pines who choose to walk or bike to the beach.
Beach Shuttle Service: A complimentary beach shuttle service, direct from a designated parking lot to The Sea Pines Beach Club is available for weekly short-term rental guests (must display Short Term Weekly vehicle pass issued by Sea Pines CSA). During hours of operation, a lot attendant will be present and day visitors/ commercial vendors will not be allowed access. Click here for more information on the Beach Shuttle Service.
Beach Parking Reminders & Restrictions
- Beach parking is prohibited on all roads in Sea Pines. Daily and weekly visitor passes prohibit beach access.
- The Sea Pines Beach Club: Located at 87 N Sea Pines Dr, is owned and operated by The Sea Pines Resort. Limited parking is available and is restricted during daytime hours from spring through Labor Day weekend by The Sea Pines Resort. - The South Beach Marina Village parking lot is exclusively for current, active patrons of South Beach Marina Village, The Salty Dog Cafe, and all related businesses. Please do not park or leave vehicles on the property for any other purpose. Parking at South Beach Marina Village overnight or for beach access is strictly prohibited.

Wildlife Safety:
We have chosen to make the beautiful community of Sea Pines our place to live, work, or visit. With this beautiful environment comes an extensive variety of landscape and wildlife, and with that landscape and wildlife comes the responsibility to always be aware of our surroundings.

Important Safety Tips Regarding Alligators in Sea Pines
- Assume every body of water contains an alligator
- Stay at least 60 feet (4 car lengths) away from alligators
- Alligators are ambush predators and can move faster than you or your pets
- Keep pets and children away from water’s edge
- Swimming or wading is prohibited in Sea Pines’ waterways
- Feeding or harassing alligators is dangerous and illegal
- Use caution when fishing or crabbing. Do not throw used bait or fish parts into the water
