This facility is open to Sea Pines Property Owners and Commercial Landscape Service Providers Monday- Friday from 7:30 am-4:00 pm; the facility is closed on holidays and weekends. We process over 6,000 tons of mulch annually and that mulch is available to Sea Pines Property Owners by request.

The Sea Pines CSA Debris Recycling Facility accepts the following vegetative materials: palm fronds, leaves, sticks, branches and vegetative debris (trees or branches must be under 6 inches in diameter). This facility does not have the ability to process material 6 inches and above.

The dumping of paper, plastic, metal, concrete, sand, dirt, clay, building materials or food waste is strictly prohibited in the Sea Pines CSA Debris Recycling Facility.

To request a mulch delivery to your Sea Pines property, please contact the Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Department by phone at 843.671.7849, by email at csamaintenance@csaseapines.com, or click here to complete an online request form. Requests made before Wednesday at 12:00 pm will be delivered that Thursday. (Note: Sea Pines CSA does not install mulch that is delivered.)
