Advanced Short Term Rental Passes (For stays less than six months)

Rental management companies and Sea Pines property owners who rent their Sea Pines property on a short term basis, are required to purchase rental guest passes with a “Rental Control Number”. Once requested, passes are mailed directly to the rental management company or the Sea Pines property owner to issue to their renter.

Unexpected rental requests occurring less than 48 hours prior to arrival can be handled by the rental guest purchasing a Weekly Rental Pass at either Sea Pines Gate.

Long Term Renter Annual Pass (six months or more)

Click here to apply for an Annual Long Term Renter Pass Decal. Decals expire annually in January of each year and must be renewed each year.

Please ensure the decal application is accompanied with a copy of your Sea Pines lease and current vehicle registration. Long-term renters may purchase up to a maximum of 4 decals.

  • PRO-RATED FEE: (as of July 1st) $13

This decal is to be affixed to the vehicle’s windshield, as instructed. This decal will expire with the term of the lease or at the end of the calendar year, whichever comes first, and must be removed once the renter has vacated the property.

Long term renters should contact the Sea Pines Security Department for their own unique pass code. Long Term Renters are required to provide a copy of their long-term lease/rental agreement, sign the Gate Entry Access Rights and Restrictions Form, agreeing to the terms and conditions of utilizing the pass code, before this number can be issued by the Security Administration Office.
