The next Board of Directors meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at 10:00 AM and will be live-streamed via YouTube at seapinesliving.com/live. The agenda will be posted closer to the meeting date at seapinesliving.com/boardmeetings.

Critical Infrastructure Improvement Projects

The final phase of the Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project and Phase 1 of the Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project began this week.

Maintenance Projects & Services

Seasonal Mosquito Control Program: Our next mosquito treatment will take place on Monday, September 9th, during overnight hours. For more information on this service please click here.

Roadway Asphalt Repairs in various locations throughout the Lawton Woods neighborhood and along Otter Road will begin next week.

Leisure Trail Asphalt Repairs near Lighthouse Road and Stoney Creek Road are in progress and will continue through next week.

Debris Policy Reminder for Service Providers
This is a reminder that landscaping and yard maintenance companies working within Sea Pines are not permitted to bring debris from outside of our community to the Sea Pines CSA Recycling Debris Facility. Only debris removed from within Sea Pines is permitted.

It is crucial that these service providers adhere to this policy so we can maintain the efficiency and sustainability of our debris recycling efforts. Please be aware that repeat offenders may face the loss of gate access privileges.


Town of Hilton Head Island Animal Beach Visiting Hours Reminder

Tuesday after Labor Day (9/3) thru September: 

  • Dogs allowed on leash from 10 AM – 5 PM
  • Dogs allowed under positive voice control or on leash from 5 PM – 10 AM

October thru March: Dogs allowed anytime on leash or under positive voice control.

Enforcement: The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Department and Town code enforcement officers patrol the beach and enforce all beach regulations. For more information view the Municipal Code Title 8 Chapter 1 – “Beaches”.
