The final phase of the Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project and Phase 1 of the Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project began this week.

Project work zones will include the below roadways:

• Phase 1 of the Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project: Lighthouse Lane from Lighthouse Road to Mizzenmast Lane. (Pictured: Top of stormwater drainage pipe completely deteriorated underneath Lighthouse Lane)
• Phase 5 of the Sea Pine Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project: South Sea Pines Drive from Merganser Court to the end of South Sea Pines Drive (stopping at the entrance of Lands End).

Roadway Asphalt Repairs in various locations throughout the Lawton Woods neighborhood and along Otter Road will begin next week.

Leisure Trail Asphalt Repairs near Lighthouse Road and Stoney Creek Road are in progress and will continue through next week.

It is crucial that these service providers adhere to this policy so we can maintain the efficiency and sustainability of our debris recycling efforts. Please be aware that repeat offenders may face the loss of gate access privileges.

Tuesday after Labor Day (9/3) thru September: 

• Dogs allowed on leash from 10 AM – 5 PM
• Dogs allowed under positive voice control or on leash from 5 PM – 10 AM

October thru March: Dogs allowed anytime on leash or under positive voice control.
