RBC Heritage Information for Property Owners

The 57th annual RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing, South Carolina’s only Signature PGA TOUR event, will take place in Sea Pines from April 14-20, 2025. Sea Pines CSA will be providing information regarding Heritage hangtags, trolley schedules, and additional information next week via email and on our website.

Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project Update

The final phase of the Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project is nearing completion.

  • Paving operations are in progress (pictured above) and will continue through the end of the week, weather permitting. Expect traffic delays, and if possible, please avoid the area.
  • Site restoration will begin next week.

Maintenance Projects & Services
  • Lagoon Tree Trimming: Next week, lagoon tree trimming will take place in the areas of Beach Lagoon Road, North Live Oak Road, and Sea Pines Drive.
  • Stormwater Maintenance: Ditch clean out in select areas between Oak Court and Bateau Road is in progress and will continue through next week.
  • Asphalt Repairs: Weather permitting, road patching on Pine Island Court and Calibogue Cay Road will begin late this week and continue through next week.

2025 Sea Pines Trolley and Beach Shuttle Schedule
Sea Pines Trolley Service Begins Saturday, May 17th: Trolley Service to the Blue, Green, and Red Routes will operate with the following service times:

Beach Shuttle Service Begins Saturday, March 22nd: Beach Shuttle Service from Lot 8 (Located off Greenwood Drive between Fraser Circle and Willow Oak Road West) to The Sea Pines Beach Club is operating daily from 9 AM- 5 PM, weather permitting, through September 1, 2025.
