Fourth of July Holiday Office Hours for the Sea Pines CSA Admin Office, Maintenance Office, ARB & Sea Pines Community Center:

• Thursday, July 3: Closing at Noon
• Friday, July 4: Closed

All other Sea Pines CSA offices will remain under normal operating hours.

Lighthouse Lane Phase 2 Critical Infrastructure Project

• Stormwater drainage work along Lighthouse Lane from Mizzenmast Lane to 41 Lighthouse Lane has been completed and site restoration is in progress.
• Paving operations for the golf path and small roadway area in proximity to 35 Lighthouse Lane is scheduled for Monday, June 23 and Tuesday, June 24, weather permitting.

Maintenance Projects & Services

Seasonal Mosquito Control Program: Weather permitting, our next mosquito treatment will take place on Monday, June 23, during overnight hours. For more information on this service please click here.

Roadside Maintenance: Vegetation trimming at Stoney-Baynard Ruins will take place next week.

Tree Care Management: Roadside tree trimming on Hearthwood Drive, Spartina Crescent, and Spartina Court will begin next week.

Roadway Maintenance: Asphalt repairs will continue through next week on Oyster Catcher Road, Isle of Pines Road, Belted Kingfisher Road, Laughing Gull Road, Greenwood Drive near Magnolia Crescent Road, and in the Lawton Woods area. Pictured: Asphalt Repairs on Spartina Court

Stormwater Repairs: Ongoing work includes ditch maintenance on Turnberry Road and Baynard Cove Road, as well as a stormwater pipe repair near 5 Royal Tern Road.
