The Three Class “A” Candidates Elected to the Sea Pines CSA Board of Directors:

Class “A” Residential Board Candidate and Vote Count:

Class “B” Commercial Representatives:
Bob Gossett and Tim Stearns have been elected to the Commercial Class “B” Director seats for the Sea Pines CSA Board.
Congratulations are extended to the newly elected Directors of the Sea Pines CSA Board! Their three-year terms will begin on January 1, 2025. Thank you to all the candidates who participated in this year’s election, as well as to the property owners who took the time to cast their vote.
Board of Directors Election Information
Three Class “A” Residential Director Board seats and Two Class “B” Commercial Director Board seats will become available on January 1, 2025.
Important Election Dates
- August 1, 2024: Board of Directors Candidate by Application Deadline
- Early August 2024: Candidate Interviews via Zoom
- August 29, 2024: Candidates by Application Announced
- October 1, 2024: Election Date of Record
- October 1, 2024: Applications by Petition Deadline
- November 1, 2024: Board of Directors Election Ballots to be Sent to Sea Pines CSA Members as of Election Date of Record
- December 1, 2024: Ballots must be received by 11:59 PM EST

Board of Directors Ballot Information:
Vote-Now.com LLC, the independent elections administrator for Sea Pines CSA, offers the convenience of online voting. Board of Director Election Ballots will be provided to members in good standing as of the October 1, 2024, date of record. All ballots must be received by 11:59 PM on December 1, 2024, to be counted.
VOTE ONLINE: Voting invitation emails were sent on Friday, November 1, 2024, to the primary email on file with Sea Pines CSA from the email address elections@vote-now.com. Please be sure to check your junk and spam folders for this email invite. If you did not receive your ballot invitation email please contact Vote-now.com LLC by email at support@vote-now.com or connect with live chat during business hours here: https://vtnw.com/chat/ for assistance.
VOTE BY MAIL: Ballots were mailed out on Friday, November 1, 2024, only to those primary contacts without an email address on record. Please allow 3-5 days for mailed ballot delivery via the USPS. If you choose to vote by mail, please complete, apply postage and return the paper ballot in the envelope provided, to Vote-now.com LLC (our 3rd party Elections Administrator) at: Sea Pines CSA Elections, c/o Vote-Now.com LLC, P.O. Box 521 Mauldin, SC 29662-0521.
