Severe Weather Threat on 10/29/2020

We want to thank our Sea Pines CSA Maintenance crews for going the extra mile to prepare for the severe weather forecasted yesterday. Thankfully, Sea Pines escaped major storm damage and our crews were able to clear out the excess debris by early afternoon today.

Bi-Annual Flower Bed Rotation

The biannual flower change out of Sea Pines CSA maintained landscape beds will begin the week of November 9th, weather permitting.

  • Flowers that have been removed from the beds will be available first come, first serve to Sea Pines Property Owners. Flowers will be placed at Trolley Lot #1 located off of Greenwood Drive and can be picked up at any time the week of November 9th. Landscaper and bulk pick-up of the flowers is not permitted.
