Sea Pines CSA has completed storm preparations and our Maintenance team is prepared to respond to storm-related events.
Important Reminders:
- Stay informed, stay prepared, and make sure to review your emergency plans. For storm preparedness tips and resources, please visit seapinesliving.com/prepare.
- As the storm passes through our area, our property owners, guests and visitors are asked to stay off of the roadways and leisure trails in Sea Pines. Tropical storm conditions can result in fallen tree limbs, debris and uprooted trees.
- Keep cell phones well charged. In the event you lose power — please see the information below to report the outage, as well as stay “in the know” as to when it might be restored.

- To continue to allow Santee Cooper unobstructed access to the major transformer lines in Sea Pines, please do not park vehicles in lot numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10.
- Wildlife, such as alligators and snakes, are more likely to be displaced and seen during and after a storm. Be aware, keep pets on a leash at all times, and give all wild animals space. To report a wildlife concern, please contact the Sea Pines Security at 843.671.7170.
