The Finance Department will begin adding finance charges to unpaid balances on Monday, March 14th. Please remit payment promptly to ensure no further delinquent charges are added to your account. For those property owners with outstanding balances on April 1, 2022, your guest pass, as well as your rental guest pass privileges, will be suspended. We sincerely appreciate all property owners who have remitted payments timely.
