Sea Pines CSA Board of Directors Election Applications Available

Sea Pines CSA is actively seeking dedicated individuals to run for the upcoming Board of Directors Election. Three (3) Class “A” Residential Director Board seats and One (1) Class “B” Commercial Director Board seat will become available on January 1, 2026. Candidate applications must be received by August 1, 2025.

Community Standards Property Appearance Reminders

Maintaining the appearance of your property, not only boosts your home’s curb appeal, but it also enhances the overall aesthetic of our community. Below are some friendly reminders to help keep your property looking its best:

  • Mailbox Maintenance: Regularly clean off pollen, mold, and mildew. Conduct frequent inspections looking for signs of wear and tear. If needed, place a replacement request for a new post, nameplate, or mailbox by using the online order form here.
  • Household Items: Items like coolers, bicycles, skateboards, yard maintenance equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, gas cans, garden hoses, ladders), firewood, and sports equipment (e.g., field sports equipment, basketballs, kayaks, canoes) should be stored out of public view when they are not in use.

Lighthouse Lane Phase 2 Critical Infrastructure Project

Stormwater drainage work is in progress along Lighthouse Lane from Mizzenmast Lane to 41 Lighthouse Lane.

  • Traffic control is in place. Motorists should drive slowly and be prepared to stop.
  • For safety, cyclists are required to dismount and walk bikes around the active work zones.
  • Asphalt repairs will be scheduled for golf path and small roadway area in proximity to 35 Lighthouse Lane.

Maintenance Projects & Services

Roadway Maintenance: Roadway asphalt repairs along Oyster Catcher Road, Bateau Road, Stoney Creek Road, on Greenwood Drive near Magnolia Crescent Road, and in the Lawton Woods area will begin next week, weather permitting.

Seasonal Mosquito Control Program: Our next mosquito treatment will take place on Monday, June 9, during overnight hours. For more information on this service please click here.

Stormwater Management: Lagoon bank stabilization in the Live Oak area is in progress and will continue over the next couple of weeks.

Tree Care Management: Roadside tree trimming on Governors Road is in progress and will continue through next week.
