| Sea Pines CSA crews and contracted service providers continue clean-up efforts throughout the community following heavier-than-expected rains from a passing Nor’easter which collided with high tides yesterday, December 17th. We appreciate your patience as we continue to assess and restore our roads, leisure trails, beachwalks, and CSA-managed open spaces that were affected by the storm. Below are some important service updates and reminders regarding our recovery efforts: 
Sea Pines CSA’s Response Team mobilized before the arrival of the storm and immediately began working to ensure that Sea Pines CSA managed drains and outfalls were cleared.Since the storm, Sea Pines CSA Staff and our contracted service provider, BrightView have been working to address storm-related concerns.While we continue clean-up efforts, we ask that you please use caution in and around the community while using roadways, leisure trails, beachwalks and common areas. Beachwalks & Beach Erosion: 
We urge the community to exercise extreme caution while walking along the beachwalks as the recent high tides have resulted in significant beach erosion.Our staff will continue conducting thorough inspections of all beachwalks and repairs are being made as necessary.Beachwalks #11 and #13,#14 at Tower Beach are currently closed.
