Club Course Drive to Greenwood Gate Leisure Trail Survey Work 

Survey work for future infrastructure leisure trail enhancements and safety improvements along Club Course Drive from Governors Road to Ivy Road began the week of December 18th. Weather permitting, survey work will take approximately 4 weeks to complete and will include:

• Club Course Drive Right of Way Boundaries from Governors Road to Ivy Road
• Mapping the Project Area Topography; Please note green ribbons are being used to document trees. The ribbons are not an indication that the trees will be removed.
• Sea Pines CSA Open Space in Proximity to the Greenwood Gate
• Utilities
• Stormwater Drainage Easements
• Utility Easements
