Mosquito Control Program

Sea Pines Community Services Associates mosquito control maintenance is an IPM program required to monitor insect populations and compare data with pre-established thresholds for treatment. CSA mosquito control technique for larval population is the dip counting procedure.

Our staff monitors larve counts regularly. We will apply larvicide in conjunction with the South Carolina Department of Agriculture and the pesticide label. Sea Pines Community Services Associates implements an adulticiding program that is conducted on a weekly basis, 2 times per week, during the mosquito season, May through September.

Emergency spraying is available, if required, for a fee. To request additional information regarding our mosquito control program please contact Sea Pines Community Services Associates 843-671-7849 or email us at .
