The Sea Pines Security Department offers a free absentee owner home check service to Sea Pines Property Owners that leave their homes for several days up to a few months. Our security officers will perform door checks and exterior inspections of your property while you are away if you request this service.

Your home will be checked on a random schedule during the course of your absence and you will be contacted if there is a concern.
