Dear Sea Pines Property Owner,

Over the last several weeks, there has been considerable dialogue in our community about a potential Referendum Agreement between the Sea Pines Resort, ASPPPO and Sea Pines Community Services Associates. We wanted to communicate where we are in this process.

At a recent ASPPPO Board Meeting, draft terms of a Referendum Agreement between Sea Pines Resort and ASPPPO were shared. The terms were the result of dozens of meetings over the past couple of years to address a variety of issues and concerns within our community.

Since the terms were shared, Sea Pines Resort, ASPPPO and CSA have worked diligently to finalize the agreement, which will present significant, multi-million dollar enhancements that paint a bright future for the Sea Pines community. As we all have a vested interest in the future of our community, we request that property owners remain open-minded and patient until we can share the full details of the proposed agreement.

The next step in this process will be a series of informational meetings, where we will outline the terms of the agreement and answer any specific property owner questions. We are planning our first public forum for Tuesday, May 30th at the Sea Pines Community Center, the morning session will be held at 9:30 AM and afternoon session will be held at 6:30 PM.

Together, we have created a desirable community that we are fortunate to call home. As we plan the future vitality of Sea Pines, we look forward to a constructive dialogue in the weeks ahead.
