Have you returned your voting ballot?

  • The ASPPPO and CSA Class “A” ballot packages mailed out separately to eligible voting members for each organization on November 1, 2019.
  • A reminder of Holiday Office Hours for CSA Admin Office: The CSA Admin office will be closing on Nov. 27 at noon and will reopen on Dec 2 at 730 AM so the deadline to request a replacement ballot package has been set at Monday, November 25th at noon.
  • If you have not received your mailed voting ballot package, please email info@csaseapines.com by Monday, November 25th by noon to request a replacement ballot package. Time is limited.
  • Please return your ballot, postmarked by December 1, 2019, to Elliott Davis, LLC our 3rd party ballot auditor by mail at:

Note: Please be aware that your ballot must be postmarked for return by December 1st. December 1st falls on a Sunday when post offices are closed, so please plan accordingly.
