Winter Storm Enzo Update January 22, 2025 @ 8:45 AM

Our area has been significantly impacted by freezing rain, sleet, and snow. The Maintenance Storm Team is diligently working to clear the roads; however, this process will require some time. We kindly ask our property owners, guests, and visitors to avoid using the roadways and leisure trails in Sea Pines until conditions improve. If travel is necessary, please exercise extreme caution, as our crews are actively working in and around the roadways.
Sea Pines CSA Operation Updates & Notices:

  • The Sea Pines CSA Administration office, Sea Pines Community Center and Sea Pines ARB office are closed today, January 22.
  • The Sea Pines Guest Pass office and Security Dispatch office (843-671-7170) are operating under normal business hours.
  • Sea Pines daily visitor gate pass sales have been suspended and will resume once conditions permit.
  • Tower Beach facilities remain closed and will reopen once conditions permit.
  • Access to the Sea Pines Forest Preserve and Six Oaks Cemetery will remain closed and will reopen once conditions permit.
