Sea Pines CSA Board of Directors Election Results

The Three Class “A” Candidates Elected to the Sea Pines CSA Board of Directors:
 

Class “A” Residential Board Candidate and Vote Count:

  • Tom Sharp – 1352
  • Jennifer Ericksen – 1269
  • Bill Johnson – 1135
  • Dave Schoettmer – 917

Class “B” Commercial Representatives:

  • Bob Gossett and Tim Stearns have been elected to the Commercial Class “B” Director seats for the Sea Pines CSA Board.

Congratulations are extended to the newly elected Directors of the Sea Pines CSA Board! Their three-year terms will begin on January 1, 2025. Thank you to all the candidates who participated in this year’s election, as well as to the property owners who took the time to cast their vote.


Committee Member Application Deadline Extended to 12/9

Are you a Sea Pines property owner interested in becoming more involved in the community? If so, we encourage you to apply for membership in a Sea Pines CSA Committee. Click here to view the application. Completed committee member applications should be emailed to sandra@csaseapines.com by December 9, 2024.


2025 Sea Pines CSA Annual Assessment Billing Notice 

The 2025 Annual Assessment invoices were sent via email on December 3rd from csaassessmentbilling@csaseapines.com and will also be mailed to the primary contact listed with Sea Pines CSA through USPS. If you do not find the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

The due date for payment of this assessment is January 10, 2025. To pay your assessment online click here. For questions, please contact our Finance Department by email at traceym@csaseapines.com.


Critical Infrastructure Improvement Projects

Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project: South Sea Pines Drive from Merganser Court to the end of South Sea Pines Drive (stopping at the entrance of Lands End).

  • Major stormwater drainage and roadway work is in progress (pictured) and will continue for the next few months.
  • Single-lane road closures and flagging operations will be in place. Motorists should expect traffic delays and possible traffic detours. Leisure trails in the project area will be closed as needed.

Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project: Lighthouse Lane from Lighthouse Road to Mizzenmast Lane.

  • Stormwater drainage work is in progress. (Pictured: Slip lining of drainage pipes to be completed today)
  • Curb and sidewalk restoration, along with crosswalk construction is in progress.
  • Single-lane road closures remain in effect, and motorists should anticipate traffic delays.
  • Milling and paving operations to be scheduled.

Maintenance Projects & Services
  • Asphalt Repairs: Roadway repairs on Lawton Canal Road and Pine Island Road and leisure trail repairs near Red Maple Road, Six Oaks Cemetery (pictured), and Frasier Circle are in progress.
  • Roadside Maintenance: Next week, roadside mulching will continue along Lighthouse Road, followed by Greenwood Drive.
  • Tree Care Management: Leisure trail tree trimming along Lawton Drive began this week and will continue through next week.

2025 Annual Vehicle Decal Renewal Information

2025 Annual Decal Applications are Available for the Following: Employee, Harbour Town Yacht Club Member, Heritage Classic Foundation Trustee, Hilton Head Prep, Island Resident, Long Term Renter, Non-Resident, Relative, Sea Pines Country Club Member, Six Oaks Cemetery, TidePointe Resident.

NOTE- PROPERTY OWNER VEHICLE DECALS DO NOT EXPIRE ANNUALLY AND DO NOT NEED TO BE RENEWED AT THIS TIME.

2025 Annual Decals/Passes are required for Sea Pines entry by February 3, 2025. To apply, visit seapinesliving.com/request. For more information, view the renewal handout or contact the Security Administration Department at 843.671.1343 or securityadmin@csaseapines.com.


Domestic Employee Pass Request Now Available Online

Domestic employee passes are available for Sea Pines property owners who employ private domestic helpers, as defined in section 1.2.5 of the gate entry policy. Property owners may request one courtesy hangtag pass for their domestic employee by completing the Online Domestic Employee Pass Application here.   • Santa & Sirens Event: Santa will touring Sea Pines with Hilton Head Island Fire Rescue on Wednesday, December 11th beginning at 5:30 PM. The Santa Tracker (here) will let you see when he will be in your neighborhood!

  • Wreaths Across America: Six Oaks Cemetery will be honoring our veterans this Christmas during their annual Wreaths Across America ceremony. You are cordially invited to attend the ceremony, which will be held outside, on Saturday, December 14th at noon.
