WHERE DO I FIND DECAL PRICING AND DETAILED INFORMATION?

• View and download the 2025 annual decal & gate pass brochure for updated pricing and information.

HOW DO I APPLY AND PAY FOR 2025 DECALS?

Apply online at seapinesliving.com/request. Applications will start being processed on Monday, December 2, 2024. Payment will be due at the time of pickup.

• All decal requests, new or renewal, require an online application.
• A copy of the current vehicle registration for each vehicle is required when completing the online decal application.
• Cash, check (payable to ‘CSA Security’), and credit cards are accepted at the time of pick up. A 2.95% convenience fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
• Online payments for annual decals are not accepted.

CAN I APPLY FOR MY DECAL AT THE CSA OFFICE?

• No. Applications for new or renewal decals can only be submitted online. In office decal applications are not available.

WILL YOU MAIL MY DECAL?

• No. We cannot mail decals. Any prepared decals must be picked up within 90 days of the original request. Any requests that are not picked up after 90 days will be cancelled without notice.

WHERE DO I GO TO PICK UP MY NEW DECAL?

• The Sea Pines CSA office is located inside Sea Pines at 175 Greenwood Drive. Our office will notify you via email once your application is processed with pick up instructions and order total within 7-10 business days. To prevent emails from going to your Spam/Junk folder, add our email domain “csaseapines.com” to your allowed senders list.

WHEN IS THE NEW DECAL REQUIRED TO ENTER SEA PINES?

• Following a short grace period, 2025 annual decals will be required as of Monday, February 3, 2025 to enter Sea Pines.

WHO CAN I CONTACT WITH QUESTIONS ABOUT DECAL RENEWALS?

• Email the Sea Pines CSA Security Administration office staff at securityadmin@csaseapines.com or call us at 843.671.1343. The Sea Pines CSA office is open Monday – Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm (except holidays).
• Decal applications may take up to 10 business days to process depending on demand. If you do not hear from us before the 10 days, please email or call our office.
