Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Projects Around the Community (Week of November 1)
Roadside mulching
Roadside mulching began this week on Greenwood Drive (by lot 8) and will continue into next week, weather permitting. Flagmen will be present as needed to assist with traffic flow. Drivers should use caution in these designated work zones.
Stormwater Ditch Cleaning
Stormwater Ditch Cleaning Crews will conduct ditch cleanout the week of November 1st, weather permitting in the Heritage Woods Neighborhood in proximity to following areas: #60, 61, 62 & 64 Heritage Road # 1 & 3 Harleston Green # 24 & 26 Old Military Road
Leisure Trail Tree
Trimming Leisure trail tree trimming continues in the Heritage Woods area. Leisure trails will remain open and we ask that pedestrians and bikers proceed with caution. Flagmen will be present, as needed.
Catch Basin Cleaning
Crews will conduct catch basin cleanout the week of November 1st, weather permitting along South Sea Pines Drive from Bald Eagle Road to the entrance of Land’s End. Flagmen will be present, as needed.
Emergency Beachwalk Stormwater Repairs Underway at BW#43A
Emergency Stormwater repairs are necessary at Beachwalks #43A & #47 due to sinkholes at each of these locations. Work is underway at Beachwalk #43A and will continue into early next week, weather permitting. Repair work on Beachwalk #47 is expected to begin next week. The beachwalks will be open during the project, but we ask that pedestrians use caution.
