Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Projects Around the Community (11/4/21-11/11/21)
- Roadside mulching
Roadside mulching on Greenwood Drive (by lot 8) is in progress and will continue into next week, weather permitting. Flagmen will be present as needed to assist with traffic flow. Drivers should use caution in these designated work zones. - Leisure Trail Asphalt Repairs
Leisure trail repairs are scheduled for the week of November 8th along Lighthouse Road leisure trail, from Plantation Drive to Lighthouse Lane. Flagmen will be present to assist pedestrians. - Leisure Trail Tree Trimming
Leisure trail tree trimming will take place the week of November 8th in the Club Course area, between Water Oak Drive and Wood Duck Road, and between Acorn Lane and Otter Road. Leisure trails will remain open and we ask that pedestrians and bikers proceed with caution. Flagmen will be present, as needed. - Catch Basin Maintenance
Beginning the week of November 8th crews will be conducting beach walk catch basin inspections starting with Beachwalk #11 working upwards, weather permitting - Lagoon Tree Trimming
Lagoon tree trimming behind Lawton Villas will be conducted next week.
