As a general safety reminder, The Sea Pines Security Department would like to remind everyone that the speed limit in Sea Pines is 35 MPH, unless otherwise posted. Many of our secondary and tertiary roadways in Sea Pines have much lower speed limits of 15, 20 or 25 MPH.

With much construction activity and high pedestrian and cyclist traffic along our roadways and leisure paths, we ask you to use caution while driving and to please obey posted speed limit signage. For everyone’s safety, please DO NOT speed in Sea Pines.
