Maintenance Projects Around The Community (4/21/22-4/28/22)

Stormwater Maintenance
Line Jetting on Greenwood Drive near Greenwood Forest and Old Military Road will begin next week, weather permitting. This process cleans sediment from drainage pipes to improve flow.
Tree Care Management
Please be aware that tree trimming will continue in various locations around the community through the week of April 25th, weather permitting.
Stormwater Repair
Drainage pipe cleaning
on St. Andrews Place at the edge of the lagoon has been rescheduled to the week of April 25th, weather permitting. This work will help improve the lagoon flow in this area.
Club Course Area Ditch Cleaning
Next week, Sea Pines CSA will be working with our Contractor to conduct ditch and pipe cleanout around Pine Island Road and Governors Road. Work is estimated to take approximately 2 weeks, weather permitting. This work will help improve the flow between the ponds in the Club Course area.
