• Power Washing: Exterior building materials (siding, bricks, decks, porches, railings, windows, fascia/trim boards, roofs), property barriers (fencing, privacy walls), and hardscapes (walkways, driveways) shall be kept in good repair. Cleaning is required to remove notable visible buildup of surface contaminants (dirt, mold, mildew, moss, rust). Replacement or repair is required when damage or deterioration occurs.

• Ground Cover: Ground cover (mulch, pine straw) shall be applied periodically to maintain a neat, clean appearance. Ground (dirt, sand) shall not be left exposed without landscaping or ground cover.
