Sea Pines CSA is pleased to announce that the name of the Land Use Management Department has changed to the Sea Pines CSA Community Standards Department.

The updated department name more accurately reflects the department’s role of ensuring residential properties in Sea Pines adhere to applicable land use community property standards and restrictive covenants.
