Due Date of Sea Pines CSA Annual Assessment extended through January 31, 2019
Due to the delayed distribution of the 2019 Sea Pines CSA Annual Assessments, we are granting an extension of time to remit your assessment until January 31, 2019. Late fees and interest charges will not begin to accrue until February 1, 2019.

2019 Annual Assessment Rates:
Residential Family Dwelling Unit Developed 2019 Residential Assessment – $1,076
Residential Lot Undeveloped 2019 Residential Assessment – $641
