At the November 16th Sea Pines CSA Board of Directors meeting, the Sea Pines CSA Board of Directors unanimously approved the 2022 budget and the related 2022 assessment amounts.

The 2022 assessment for an improved lot will be $1,152 and $686 for an unimproved lot (once a lot has been improved, it is considered to be always improved). The 2022 invoices will be mailed out by the end of this week to the notice of mailing address on file with Sea Pines CSA.
