Sea Pines CSA is pleased to report that a record number of property owners completed a recent survey that gauged awareness and support for a proposed referendum to address several of our community’s critical needs.
Nearly 40 percent of you shared opinions on a variety of topics related to the proposed referendum and its terms. We appreciate your valuable feedback and are hard at work reviewing and addressing your top questions.
While the needs within our community and the funding shortfall remain unchanged, the path forward to address the needs and shortfall through a referendum may be updated based on your input and ideas.
In the coming weeks, you will receive an invitation for a community presentation and webinar from CSA. During the presentation, we will review and discuss the survey findings alongside the survey administrator from Lowcountry and Resort Islands Tourism Institute at the University of South Carolina Beaufort.
