CSA May 28th Board Meeting Recap

At the CSA Board of Directors meeting held Thursday, May 28th, the Board received a number of important operational updates from CSA staff and an update from Steve Wilmot, President & Tournament Director of the RBC Heritage. The Board also took action on two important items:
Infrastructure Funding:
The CSA Board authorized staff to develop a plan with the Finance and Maintenance, Enhancement, and Major Project Committees that will utilize $2.5 million from our reserves for critical infrastructure improvements over the next 18 months.
Trolley Operations:
The CSA Board voted to resume trolley service beginning with the CSA Beach Shuttle service late next week.  New safety and operating guidelines are being created to protect trolley passengers and staff while operating through the COVID-19 crisis. These guidelines will be implemented prior to the trollies going into operation. These guidelines will be published next week, sent to the community, sent to all short term companies, and will also be posted at all Trolley stops. The remaining trolley routes will begin operations in the near future. We will keep the community informed as the new trolley service dates and schedules are established.
