A Message from Sam Bennett, CSA President
Effective March 18, 2020, at 10:00 AM and until further notice, Community Services Associates, Inc. Allows For Free Gate Access into Sea Pines for Food, Grocery, Restaurant and Pharmaceuticals Delivery Services Due to COVID-19
As we previously advised, Community Services Associates Inc. CSA) continues to monitor all federal, state and local announcements and suggested procedures for mitigating and containing the COVID-19 virus.

Effective today, March 18, 2020, Governor McMaster has ordered all restaurants and bars to close their dine-in services. But he has allowed them to provide take-out, curb-side delivery and home delivery services. We recognize that many in our Sea Pines Community will need to take advantage of delivery services from our local restaurants. Indeed, we hope that our community will continue to support our local restaurant industry at a time when these state-mandated measures could have a serious impact on their businesses.

To improve the ability of our community to have food and pharmaceuticals delivered into Sea Pines from restaurants, bars, grocery and drug stores, effective March 18, 2020 at 10 AM and until further notice, Sea Pines is waiving the $10 commercial gate entry fee for these delivery services. The driver will simply have to provide a current invoice, receipt or other identification of the delivering restaurant or store to the gate officer and a complimentary Sea Pines commercial daily gate entry pass will be issued.
CSA will continue to impose measures reasonably required by federal, state and local authorities to assure that our community is protected, while also maintaining flexibility in our normal procedures to enhance the ability of our community to comply with the required guidelines for social distancing and self-imposed quarantines. We urge our community to stay informed of updates to CSA operations by visiting our website at www.SeaPinesLiving.com/coronavirus
