A Message from Larry Movshin, CSA Board Chairman

Dear Sea Pines residents,

As Sam Bennett and I have been sharing with you over the last several months, the CSA Board has identified necessary capital improvements and infrastructure projects throughout Sea Pines and developed a multi-year plan to address and fund these needs.

I am very pleased to report that during today’s Sea Pines CSA Board of Directors meeting, the Board voted to pursue the creation of a Sea Pines Special Tax District as the vehicle we will use to secure the necessary long term funding for these projects in order to protect our community and our residents’ investments.

In short, a Special Tax District is an entity formed at the request of eligible Sea Pines property owners to raise revenue for services not provided by the county or municipality.

While the Board is still finalizing some of the details surrounding the Sea Pines Special Tax District, we have created multiple resources to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information.
