Property owners who have not paid their 2021 CSA Annual Assessments will be receiving a second notice in the coming week. These outstanding balances will include both late fees and interest charges. Please remit payment promptly to ensure no further delinquent charges to your account. For those property owners with outstanding balances on March 31, 2021, your guest pass, as well as your rental guest pass privileges, will be suspended. We sincerely appreciate all property owners who have remitted payments timely.
