Sea Pines Property Owners Independence Day Celebration

Please join your Sea Pines neighbors in celebration of Independence Day. Enjoy a complimentary lunch from One Hot Mama’s that will feature a Hot Dog Station, Baked Beans, Greek Pasta Salad, Watermelon Slices, and assorted chips. Beer, wine, soft drinks and water will also be provided.

Sea Pines owners interested in attending must have an Eventbrite reservation for each member of their party (limit 6 attendees per Sea Pines household). Tickets are first come, first serve and this event sells out quickly, early ticket reservation is recommended.

Event Trolley Service:

Parking at Tower Beach is limited to 86 parking spaces therefore, trolley service for this event will be provided from Lot #8 which is located at the corner of Willow Oak Road West and Greenwood Drive (near Fraser Circle). Trolleys will run to and from the event from 10:00 am -3:00 pm.

Event Wristbands:

Wristbands will be required for each member in your party to access this event. Wristbands will be distributed to property owners as a complete order and will require proof of your Eventbrite reservations either via the printed ticket or a mobile ticket confirmation.

Advance Wristband Pick-Up:

Advance pick up of wristbands is highly recommended and wristbands may be picked up in advance from the CSA Administration Office located at 175 Greenwood Drive in Sea Pines (Monday-Friday from 7:30 am-4:30 pm ) between Thursday, June 21st to Friday, June 29th .

If you cannot pick up your wristbands in advance, they will be held as a group at the event check in table and will require proof of your Eventbrite reservation either via the printed ticket or a mobile ticket confirmation for the property owner to pick up. Reserved wristbands not picked up by Friday, June 29th, 2018 at 4:30 pm will need to be picked up at the event check in table.

Additional Details:

-This event is restricted to Sea Pines Property Owners and their accompanied guest (limit 6 attendees per Sea Pines household).

-This event is limited to the first 1,000 reserved wristbands.

-Proper ID to confirm property ownership will be requested as wristbands for this event are issued.

-Wristbands will be required to access the event area. Those without a wristband will not be permitted to access the event area.
