• Roofs, gutters, driveways, and other hard surfaces shall be cleared of pine straw and other vegetative debris with reasonable frequency so that there is no accumulated buildup.
• Sea Pines Property Owners may stack their vegetative yard debris (less than 6″ in diameter) at designated Sea Pines CSA neighborhood debris pickup sites. Please do NOT place other debris such as trash and doggie waste bags in the debris pickup locations.
