An unplanned water outage is affecting properties along North Sea Pines Drive in proximity to Catbird Lane due to a water utility line disruption during the roadway and infrastructure improvement project. South Island Public Service District has been notified and crews are working to remedy the issue. The repairs are expected to be completed within two hours.
