Updates From The Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Department

Emergency Sinkhole Repairs on Otter Road In Progress
On Monday, February 15th a sinkhole was discovered over a drainpipe on Otter Road near Fawn Lane. The CSA Maintenance Department immediately went to work to investigate the issue and discovered that the joint/seal band in the stormwater pipe had failed. Repairs are in progress and drivers should use caution in the work zone.

Tree trimming along CSA managed beach walks to resume the week of 2/22/21
  • Tree work will resume on Monday, February 22nd at Beach Walk #45 and will continue south through Friday, February 26th, weather permitting
  • Advisory signs and other safety devices will be used in the work zones.
  • Bikers & pedestrians are asked to proceed with caution.
Roadway Repairs on Plantation Drive Scheduled for 2/23/21
  • Roadway repair is scheduled for Tuesday, February 23rd on Plantation Drive (near Planters Wood Drive)
  • Flagmen will be present to assist with traffic flow
  • Delays may occur, drivers are asked to proceed with caution
Sea Pines CSA Conducting Storm Water Ditch Cleaning throughout the community
Ditch clean out work continued this week along Pine Island Road and portions of Water Oak Drive. Intermittent road closures or detours may be necessary, and flagmen will be present to assist with traffic flow. Drivers should use caution in these designated work zones.
