Sea Pines property owners and registered guests of The Sea Pines Resort will continue to have priority parking at the Sea Pines Beach Club during daytime hours from March 26 through September 6. Once the 50 complimentary parking spaces required by covenants are filled by parties who have the “right of access” per Article 1 of the 12/22/77 Beach Club Covenants recorded at DB 258 P 233 (“Beach Club Covenants), the remaining spaces will be available exclusively and at no charge to guests of The Sea Pines Resort and Sea Pines property owners owning an undivided, full interest in property. If the Beach Club parking lot becomes full, these property owners and Resort guests will be afforded complimentary parking at the Plantation Golf Club.
