Stormwater Drainage Work in Proximity to Lighthouse Road and N Sea Pines Drive

Phase 3 of the Sea Pines Drive infrastructure repair project is underway with a completion time of Spring 2023.

  • Work will be performed Monday – Friday from 7 am – 6 pm. Traffic control will be present in the work zone, as needed.
  • Please observe and obey all traffic management personnel, signage, and devices.

  • Project work in this area is projected to take 3-4 weeks, weather permitting.
  • Leisure trails in the project area will be closed and a detour will be in place.
  • Single-lane road closures and flagging operations will be in place the week of January 16th.
  • Motorists should expect traffic delays. Please use caution while driving in this area
