SPCSA 8.21.25 Community Update

Labor Day Office Hours for the Sea Pines CSA Admin Office, Maintenance Office, ARB & Sea Pines Community Center

  • Friday, August 29: Closing at 2:00 PM
  • Monday, September 1: Closed

All other Sea Pines CSA offices will remain under normal operating hours.

Commercial Vendor Holiday Access Restriction: Vehicles with commercial decals or commercial passes are not permitted in Sea Pines on Labor Day. For emergency access for service providers, please contact Sea Pines Security at 843.671.7170.

Maintenance Projects & Services
Stormwater Response: Sea Pines CSA crews continue to respond to stormwater maintenance requests throughout the community following heavier-than-expected rainfall that occurred earlier this month. Due to storm response needs, there will be a 1-2 week service delay for SPCSA neighborhood debris pickups.

Seasonal Mosquito Control Program: Weather permitting, our next scheduled mosquito treatment will take place on Monday, August 25, during overnight hours.

Critical Infrastructure Project Updates
Two major critical infrastructure projects are scheduled to begin construction on September 2, 2025. Both projects will involve heavy construction equipment, temporary lane closures, and potential utility disruptions during work hours. Please do not remove any staking or utility markings you may see in either project area. Please visit the project pages below for detailed maps, traffic management information, and ongoing updates:
South Beach Lane Survey Work: Survey work along South Beach Lane is scheduled to begin the week of August 25th. Weather permitting, project work will take 1-3 weeks to complete. Surveyors will be present along the roadway, utilizing survey ribbons to document trees, vegetation, and utility lines. Additionally, survey flags will be placed along the road right-of-way, property boundary lines, CSA open space, and easements. Please do not remove any staking or utility markings.

Sea Pines Trolley and Beach Shuttle Seasonal Services

The Sea Pines Trolley Service and Beach Shuttle Service will make their last routes of the season on Monday, September 1.

Sea Pines CSA Gate Pass Office Seasonal Hours to Begin 9.7.25
Beginning Sunday, September 7, 2025, the Sea Pines CSA Gate Pass Office at 32 Greenwood Drive will observe the below seasonal hours:

  • Sunday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Friday & Saturday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Fall Community Shredding Event

Community Shredding Event: Monday, September 29, 2025, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, at the Sea Pines Center Parking Lot at 71 Lighthouse Road. This event is open to all property owners on a first-come, first-served basis. Please review the following:

  • For safety, everyone needs to remain in their vehicles. Do not walk materials to the truck. There will be cones and signs set up for cars to follow to the truck.
  • Please pull up your vehicle in line to the truck and bins. CSA staff and/or attendant will move the materials for shredding into the bins.
  • Please be prepared with your documents ahead of time. Staples and paper clips may remain on your documents; the documents must be removed from binders.
  • Commercial quantities are prohibited.
