Due to continued heavy rainfall combined with high tides today, Sea Pines is experiencing significant stormwater challenges throughout the community.

Current Response Actions

• Sea Pines CSA Maintenance teams are currently on-site and actively addressing conditions and patrolling the community.
• Mechanical pumps are being deployed as necessary to assist with water removal.
• Crews are working diligently to address critical stormwater areas.

Important Reminders

• Our drainage system is tidal dependent. Conditions should improve as the tide recedes; however, we expect another significant high tide later today.
• Avoid roadways when possible to allow maintenance crews safe working conditions.
• Exercise extreme caution if you must travel, as crews are working in and along roadways.
• Watch for standing water and do not attempt to drive through flooded areas.
