Memorial Day Office Hours & Commercial Access Restriction

Memorial Day Office Hours for the Sea Pines CSA Admin Office, ARB & Sea Pines Community Center:

  • Friday, May 23: Closing at 2:00 PM
  • Monday, May 26: Closed

All other Sea Pines CSA offices will remain under normal operating hours. Have a safe Memorial Day weekend!

Vehicles with commercial decals or commercial passes are not permitted in Sea Pines on Memorial Day. For emergency access for service providers on Memorial Day, please contact Sea Pines Security at 843.671.7170.

Sea Pines CSA Annual Rental Registration Fee Invoiced on May 21

The 2025 Annual Rental Registration Fee was invoiced on May 21, 2025, to Sea Pines Residential Property Owners who have their property registered with our Rental Registration Program, or their property is advertised on the internet as being available for rental purposes. Invoices were sent to the primary email address on record with Sea Pines CSA and mailed to those property owners who do not have a primary email address on file. Full payment of this fee is due by July 1, 2025. For more information on the Rental Registration Program please click here.


Club Course Drive Leisure Trail Infrastructure Project

New leisure trail and curb installation on Club Course Drive

Project work on the new leisure trail, stretching along Club Course Drive from Governors Road to Ivy Road, leading to the Greenwood Gate is nearing completion. To view the project map click here.

  • Installation of detectable warning pavers is in progress. Crews will return late next week to install stamped crosswalks, weather permitting.

Milling and paving operations along Club Course Drive from Governors Road to Greenwood Drive were completed this week.

  • Crews will return after the necessary curing period to complete permanent line striping.

Traffic Notice: There will be single-lane road closures with flagging operations in place on Club Course Drive, from Greenwood Drive to Governors Road, as needed. Please be prepared for intermittent traffic delays.


Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project

Work on stormwater drainage along the 18th Fairway of Harbour Town Golf Links is in progress. Please note that this area is an active construction zone. Expect heavy construction equipment and vehicles moving to and from the site. Additionally, please remember that Harbour Town Golf Links is closed to public access. Sea Pines Community Standards Rules and Regulations Update

On May 20, 2025, The Sea Pines CSA Board of Directors approved an amendment to section 4. Landscaping Maintenance, Developed Property of the Community Standards Rules and Regulations. 4.3 now states:

“Ground cover (e.g., mulch, pine straw) shall be applied periodically to maintain a neat, clean appearance. Ground (e.g., dirt) shall not be left exposed without landscaping or ground cover. Ground cover materials not fully distributed within three (3) weeks of delivery to the Property may be considered vegetative debris. Fallen leaves are permitted as landscaping ground cover, but shall be maintained to a neat, clean appearance.”


Maintenance Projects & Services

Stormwater Management: Lagoon bank stabilization in the Live Oak area is in progress and will continue over the next couple of weeks.

Tree Care Management: Roadside tree trimming on Governors Road is in progress and will continue through next week.
