Sea Pines CSA Board of Directors Election Results

The Three Class “A” Candidates Elected to the Sea Pines CSA Board of Directors:

Class “A” Residential Board Candidate and Vote Count:

Class “B” Commercial Representative:

  • Rick Ray has been elected to the Commercial Class “B” Director seat for the Sea Pines CSA Board.

Congratulations are extended to the newly elected Directors of the Sea Pines CSA Board! Their three-year terms will begin on January 1, 2026. Thank you to all the candidates who participated in this year’s election, as well as to the property owners who took the time to cast their vote.


Community Center & Community Connections Center Closure Notice

Please note the following closures scheduled for next week:

  • The Sea Pines Community Center will be closed Tuesday, December 9 through Thursday, December 11. Standard operating hours will resume on Friday, December 12.
  • The Community Connections Center (Sea Pines CSA Admin Building) will be closed from Noon-2:00 PM on Thursday, December 11, for staff development.

2026 Sea Pines CSA Annual Assessment Notice

The 2026 Annual Assessment invoices were sent via email on November 24th from csaassessmentbilling@csaseapines.com to the primary contact listed with Sea Pines CSA. A copy will also be mailed through USPS. Please submit only one payment. If you do not find the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Reminder: Gray Property Owner Decals Expire January 1, 2026

Effective January 1, 2026, gray property owner decals will no longer be valid for entry into Sea Pines. If you missed your zone-specific email about replacing your gray property owner vehicle decal, you can still apply now!

To request your new green decal:

  • Visit driveseapines.com.
  • Once you select the appropriate button to start your application, you will need to select “NEW DECAL” when you reach the ‘Type of Application’ question
  • Submit one application per household with up to 5 vehicle registrations
  • All vehicle registrations must be in the Sea Pines property owner’s name

Already have a green decal? No action needed. Can’t pick up your decal before January 1? Call in a paper pass at (843) 671-7277 or show your unexpired Property Owner ID Card at the gate. Questions? Contact our Community

2026 Annual Decal Applications are Available for the Following: Commercial, Employee, Harbour Town Yacht Club Member, Heritage Classic Foundation Trustee, Hilton Head Prep, Island Resident, Long-Term Renter, Non-Resident, Relative, Sea Pines Country Club Member, Six Oaks Cemetery, TidePointe Resident.

Critical Infrastructure Project Updates

Otter Road/Fawn Lane Infrastructure Improvement ProjectStormwater drainage pipe excavation and installation continued this week. Pictured below: Crews replacing severely deteriorated original stormwater pipe with new concrete pipe.
Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project: Curb installation along Lighthouse Lane to be completed.

South Sea Pines Drive Roadway Repairs: Asphalt repairs along South Sea Pines Drive (from Tower Beach to Lands End) have been rescheduled to begin Monday, December 8, weather permitting. Traffic control will be in place. Motorists should expect delays and possible detours during this time.

South Sea Pines Drive Leisure Trail Repairs: Stormwater drainage improvements and asphalt paving repairs along a portion of the South Sea Pines Drive Leisure Trail (map here) will begin Monday, December 8, weather permitting. Traffic control will be in place. Motorists should expect possible traffic delays. Bike riders will need to dismount and walk bike around active work zones.


Maintenance Projects & Services

Stormwater Maintenance & Repairs: Ditch cleaning near the intersection of Baynard Park and Plantation Drive is in progress. Next week, ditch cleaning will begin near 77 Governors Road.

Stormwater Gate Repairs: Stormwater infrastructure improvements at 63 Baynard Cove Road is in progress and scheduled to be completed by the end of next week.


Six Oaks Cemetery: Sponsor a Wreath for Wreaths Across America

This holiday season, help us honor the veterans laid to rest at Six Oaks Cemetery in Sea Pines. We’re participating in Wreaths Across America, a national initiative to remember our fallen heroes by placing wreaths on veterans’ graves each December. Sponsor a wreath for just $17. Each beautiful balsam wreath will be personally placed on a veteran’s grave, ensuring that no hero is forgotten this season. To sponsor a wreath or learn more click here.
