SPCSA 1.8.26 Community Update

Martin Luther King, Jr. Remembrance Day Office Hours for the Sea Pines CSA Administration, Community Center, Maintenance Office and Sea Pines ARB Office:

  • Friday, January 16 – Closing at 2:00 PM
  • Monday, January 19 – Closed

All other Sea Pines CSA offices will remain open under normal hours of operation.


Sea Pines CSA Vehicle Decal Reminders

The Community Connections Center manages and issues vehicle decals for our community. This is an important part of our mission, and our staff can provide up-to-date information about vehicle decal policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.

Important Deadlines & Information:

How to Apply for Vehicle Decals:

You’ll receive an email notification when your decal is ready for pickup at the Community Connections Center:

  • Address: 175 Greenwood Drive, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Plan ahead: Early morning (before 10:00 AM) or afternoon (after 1:00 PM) visits typically have shorter waits

Critical Infrastructure Project Updates

Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project: Asphalt milling and paving operations on the following roads will begin the week of January 19, weather permitting.

  • Lighthouse Lane (from Mizzenmast Lane to 47 Lighthouse Lane)
  • Spinnaker Court
  • Mizzenmast Lane to the intersection of Windjammer Court

What to Expect:

  • Traffic delays and detours
  • Single-lane closures
  • Temporary parking area available for property owners and guests (see map below)
Otter Road/Fawn Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project: Stormwater drainage pipe excavation and installation resumed this week. Traffic detours and flagging operations are in place.

Maintenance Projects & Services

Live Christmas Tree Recycling Information: Sea Pines property owners may recycle their live (non-artificial) Christmas trees by dropping them off in the Sea Pines CSA neighborhood debris pickup locations through January 12th. Please make sure all ornaments, lights, and other decorations are removed from the trees prior to recycling them.

  • Stormwater Maintenance: Line jetting of drainage pipes where needed throughout the community will begin next week.
  • Beachwalk Maintenance: Crews began filling in the edges of beachwalks with dirt where needed this week. This project will continue through next week.
  • Tree Care Management: Leisure trail tree trimming along Lighthouse Road, starting at Lighthouse Lane and working towards Plantation Drive, will begin next week.
  • Asphalt Repairs: Roadway repairs on Oak Court and Laughing Gull will begin next week.

Sea Pines CSA Annual Assessment Payment Due 1/16

The 2026 Annual Assessment invoices were emailed on November 24th from csaassessmentbilling@csaseapines.com to the primary contact listed with Sea Pines CSA. Payment is due Friday, January 16, 2026. A printed copy of the invoice was also sent via USPS. If you already paid your invoice, please disregard the mailed copy.

News from Around the Community

Live Oak Trees to be Planted from Sea Pines ARB Tree Fund: Live oak trees will be planted next week in various places throughout the community. The funds to plant the new trees came from contributions made to the Sea Pines ARB tree fund.

What is the ARB Tree Fund? When a request for tree removal is submitted, the applicant has the option to either plant a new tree or donate to the Sea Pines ARB tree fund.
