Please be advised South Island Public Service District (SIPSD), the utility company providing water and wastewater services in Sea Pines, will be conducting repairs to the potable water system along South Sea Pines Drive from Tower Beach (99 South Sea Pines Drive) through the Lands End area.

Disruption to water utility services in the project zone will occur in the early morning hours on Friday, September 29, 2023 from 12:00 AM – 5:00 AM and will result in a water outage.

Please use caution while driving in this area, share the road with bikers and pedestrians and please obey all traffic management personnel, signage and devices.
