• Sea Pines CSA neighborhood debris pickup sites is a service provided for use by Owners or Tenants, only (not for use by commercial contractors).
• Debris left at pickup locations shall not be bagged.

• The dumping of trash or garbage of any kind, such as paper, plastic, metal, concrete, building materials, food waste, or pet waste is strictly prohibited.
