Our next mosquito treatment will take place on Monday, June 19th during overnight hours, weather permitting.

Stormwater Maintenance & Repairs

• Windjammer Court: Ditch cleanout will occur next week near 10 Windjammer Court.
• Lighthouse Lane: Catch basin cleaning along this roadway is in progress and will continue into next week.
• Heritage Woods: Catch basin cleaning along this roadway is in progress and will continue into next week.

Tree Care Management

• Roadside tree trimming will be conducted next week along Twin Pines Road and Court, then moving to Spanish Moss Road, Sylan Lane, and Ridgewood Lane.
• Sea Pines CSA’s contractor will be removing a tree near the gate on Greenwood Drive on Tuesday, June 20th. Work will be taking place during early morning hours to minimize traffic disruption. Please use caution while driving in this area and obey all traffic management personnel, signage, and devices.
