Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Updates Week of 5/29/23

Sea Pines CSA Seasonal Mosquito Treatment

Our next mosquito treatment will take place on Monday, June 5th during overnight hours, weather permitting.
Stormwater Maintenance & Repairs

Mockingbird Lane: Drain pipe and catch basin cleaning will be completed this week.

Spanish Moss Road: Ditch cleanout is in progress.

Lighthouse Lane: Next week, crews will work to clean catch basins along this roadway and also investigate a possible sinkhole near #31 Lighthouse Lane.
Tree Care Management

Roadside tree trimming along Calibogue Cay Road continues. Next week, crews will move into the Planters Wood Area.
Roadway Repairs:

  • Jessamine Place
  • Near #4 Pine Island Drive
  • Gunnery Lane
  • Woodbine Place
Leisure Trail Repairs:

  • Lighthouse Road to Lighthouse Lane
  • Heritage Woods area near Old Military
