Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Projects Around The Community (2/17/22-2/24/22)

Roadway Asphalt Repairs

Weather permitting, minor asphalt repairs will take place the week of February 21st along Tupelo Road, Baynard Cove Road near Sea Pines Drive, and Marsh Island Road.

Stormwater Repairs at Beachwalk #26

Stormwater repairs at Beachwalk #26 (near Snowy Egret Road and Surf Scoter Road) are underway and will continue into next week. The beachwalk will remain open, but we ask that pedestrians use caution while in the area.

Stormwater Ditch Maintenance

Stormwater ditch maintenance on Heritage Road is in progress and will continue through the week of February 21st. Intermittent lane closures may be implemented to complete this work. Traffic control will be in place, as needed.

Beachwalk Tree Trimming In Progress

Annual tree trimming along Sea Pines CSA-managed Beachwalks (from #11-#47), is in progress and will continue through the spring. Beachwalks will remain open, but we ask that pedestrians use extreme caution and pay attention to flagmen on-site.
